The city of Sint-Niklaas recognized the inefficiencies of its paper-based grants and subsidies system and identified the need to digitize the process. The goal was to improve the speed and accuracy of application processing, as well as enhance the overall service provided to citizens and businesses.

Generate ideas and concepts

In collaboration with Cronos Public Services and SUMSUM, Sint-Niklaas explored the possibilities of LB365 as a digital solution. The focus was on automating the verification and evaluation processes, providing real-time updates to applicants, and creating a digital overview for easy access to application information.

Results

The implementation of LB365 allowed applicants to submit online applications, streamlining the entire process. Automation features were incorporated to reduce human error and accelerate the verification and evaluation of applications. The system also provided automated email notifications to applicants, keeping them informed about their application status and any required actions.
