To say it in the words of Aviapartner “We need something to make our jobs more visible and attractive. Oh, and by the way, we need it fast”. Thus, their key objective was to take on a bunch of new employees at short notice by making the job opportunities at Brussels Airport attractive.

The ideation phase led us to choose Webflow as the no-code tool to build the career site. Webflow's visual canvas and flexibility allowed us to rapidly develop a visually appealing and functional website without the need for extensive coding knowledge. We also utilized ClickUp for project management, streamlining communication, progress tracking, and content delivery.
